I created Ag3 Advisory Services in 2009 in an effort to provide elemental representation and sterling results to real estate developers and owners, as well as enterprises that need to own or lease real estate as an essential extension of the businesses they operate.
The allure of bringing people, ideas, concepts and opportunities together for a living was a compelling proposition and one to which I gravitated naturally. After several years of law firm practice, I realized the need for a truly consultative approach to real estate practice that connects the dots between traditional lawyering and brokering; between bricks and mortar real estate and the ultimate consumer. That's Ag3 Advisory Services in a nutshell.
An experienced and serial deal facilitator, I am unrelentingly focused on the intersection of location, brand and top line potential for clients and the businesses with which I am affiliated alike. Whether retail, mixed-use, residential or any hybrid thereof, I blend "art and science" to provide clients the well-founded guidance and consultation that they require. My approach to each project is unique and adheres to the "inside-out" tactic that I developed while practicing law. Every new opportunity has an internal reason for being, whether in response to perceived consumer demand or driven by a business purpose. For a real estate project to succeed that internal purpose must ultimately connect or otherwise relate to the end user, whether shopper, patron or resident. If that connection is absent, I will advise that my clients not proceed.

I have built a successful career as a transactional attorney, principal, managing broker, operator and investor connecting real estate/business wants and needs, people and concepts -- and delivering results at a high level in both a professional and executive capacity. I am passionate about truly resonant consumer brands as well as consumer-facing real estate concepts, and have amassed significant experience in retail and entertainment concept site selection, residential mixed-use and adaptive reuse development, land acquisitions, asset “up-cycling" and general business deal-making as a principal and on behalf of select brands and developers.
I've led consumer-facing retail roll outs, ideated complex, vertical mixed use developments and strategized large and small land plays as a broker. I also maintain a high level of Spanish language proficiency (just in case). I am a graduate of Tulane Law School and Tulane University, and am an Illinois licensed Managing Real Estate Broker, as well as a member of the Illinois State Bar. Importantly, I do not practice law and do not offer legal services.
